Bu politika, ASİSTA mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") hangi verileri topladığını, neden topladığını, kimlerle paylaştığını ve nasıl sileceğinizi açıklar.

1. Topladığımız veriler

Rehberiniz hakkında — önemli. Rehberinizdeki kişilerin isimleri, e-posta adresleri, adresleri, notları ve fotoğrafları cihazınızdan hiçbir zaman çıkmaz. Yalnızca telefon numaraları cihazınızda standart biçime çevrilir, tuzlanmış (salted) bir özet fonksiyonundan geçirilir ve sunucuya yalnızca bu özetler gönderilir. Sunucu bu özetleri karşılaştırarak eşleşme bulur; özetlerden telefon numarasını geri elde edemez. Rehber erişimini reddedebilirsiniz — uygulamanın geri kalanı normal çalışmaya devam eder.

2. Arama hatırlatıcısı

"Beni ara" diyerek bir hatırlatıcı kurduğunuzda, belirlediğiniz saatte cihazınız çalar ve ASİSTA hatırlatmanızı sesli olarak okur. Bu ses, hatırlatıcınızın metni konuşma sentezi hizmetine gönderilerek üretilir. Arama tek yönlüdür: bu sırada mikrofonunuz açılmaz ve hiçbir kayıt yapılmaz. Aramaları yalnızca siz planlarsınız; uygulama kendiliğinden sizi aramaz ve başka kimseyi arayamaz.

Bu sağlayıcıların bir kısmı Türkiye dışında bulunduğundan, verileriniz yurt dışına aktarılmaktadır. Verileriniz reklam amacıyla satılmaz, kiralanmaz veya paylaşılmaz. Uygulamada reklam ağı, reklam kimliği (IDFA/AAID) kullanımı veya üçüncü taraf izleme/attribution SDK'sı bulunmamaktadır.

Yapay zekâ servisleri için açık rızanız alınır. Yukarıdaki tablodaki yapay zekâ sağlayıcılarına (Alibaba Cloud ve ElevenLabs) hiçbir veriniz, uygulama içinde size hangi verinin hangi şirkete ve hangi ülkeye gideceği gösterilip onayınız alınmadan gönderilmez. İzin vermezseniz uygulama çalışmaya devam eder; fotoğraftaki yazı cihaz içinde okunur, hatırlatıcılarınız cihazdaki çözümleyiciyle ayrıştırılır ve seslendirme cihazınızın kendi sesiyle yapılır. Kararınızı istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Hesap → Yapay zekâ özellikleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz.

4. Güvenlik

Tüm veri aktarımı HTTPS/TLS ile şifrelenir. Firestore verilerinize yalnızca sizin hesabınız erişebilir; erişim sunucu tarafı güvenlik kurallarıyla ve Firebase App Check ile korunur.

5. Saklama ve silme

Verileriniz hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Dilediğiniz zaman:

Uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil adımıyla hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Silme işlemi anında uygulanır ve geri alınamaz.
Ya da hesap silme talebi sayfası üzerinden talepte bulunabilirsiniz; talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir.

Aboneliğiniz hakkında: Hesabınızı silmek, App Store veya Google Play üzerinden aldığınız aboneliği otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Aboneliği cihazınızın mağaza hesabı ayarlarından ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekir.

6. Haklarınız

KVKK (6698 sayılı Kanun) ve GDPR kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya taşınmasını isteme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme hakkına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için aliemir.sabah@oztrans.net adresine yazabilirsiniz.

7. Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulama 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır ve yürürlük tarihi yukarıda belirtilir.

This policy explains what data the ASİSTA mobile application ("the App") collects, why, who we share it with, and how you can delete it.

1. Data we collect

About your address book — important. The names, email addresses, postal addresses, notes and photos of your contacts never leave your device. Only phone numbers are normalised on your device, passed through a salted hash function, and only those hashes are sent to our server. The server compares hashes to find matches and cannot recover a phone number from a hash. You may decline contacts access — the rest of the app works normally.

2. Call reminders

When you create a reminder by asking to be called, your device rings at the time you chose and ASİSTA reads the reminder aloud. That audio is produced by sending the text of your reminder to a speech-synthesis service. The call is one-way: your microphone is never opened and nothing is recorded during it. Only you schedule these calls; the app never calls you on its own and cannot call anyone else.

Your data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising. The app contains no advertising networks, does not use an advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID), and includes no third-party tracking or attribution SDKs.

We ask for your explicit consent before using AI services. No data is sent to the AI providers listed above (Alibaba Cloud and ElevenLabs) until the app has shown you which data goes to which company in which country and you have given your permission. If you decline, the app keeps working: photo text is read on your device, reminders are parsed by the on-device parser, and speech uses your device's own voice. You can change your decision at any time under Settings → Account → AI features.

4. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Your Firestore data is accessible only to your own account, protected by server-side security rules and Firebase App Check.

5. Retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. At any time you can:

Permanently delete your account and all of your data from inside the app via Settings → Delete my account and data. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Or submit a request through our account deletion page; requests are fulfilled within 30 days at the latest.

About your subscription: deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. You must cancel it separately in your store account settings.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to object to its processing. Write to aliemir.sabah@oztrans.net.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date shown above.
